In 2011 bareMinerals tasked me to come up with the name and voice of a brand-new relationship program. Fast forward a couple years, and Friends and Benefits (otherwise known as FAB) has over 2 million members. They account for over 62% of all purchases made in a bareMinerals boutique and online. These members are loyal followers that I get to connect with (via my creative execution) on a daily basis. My work drives action and results. Want proof? A member-only sweepstakes featured on Facebook received over 82,000 entries. Promotion-driven emails I work on have an 18.5% open rate (our overall average is 16%)
